Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following qualifications:
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification in New Jersey, or relevant experience
- Compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring personality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow a care plan
- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required for all positions
